General Information

Where is Naples Bay Resort & Marina located, and how do I get there?

Naples Bay Resort & Marina is located at 1500 Fifth Avenue South, Naples, Florida 34102, just minutes from downtown Naples. Guests can arrive by car, rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft, taxi, or private transportation. The resort is also accessible by boat via the Gordon River and Naples Bay.

Does Naples Bay Resort & Marina offer free Wi-Fi?

Yes, Naples Bay Resort & Marina offers complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the resort, including guest rooms and public areas.

Is breakfast included with my stay at Naples Bay Resort & Marina?

Breakfast is not automatically included with all room rates at Naples Bay Resort & Marina. However, select packages and promotions may include breakfast or dining credits. Breakfast is available for purchase at Café on the Bay.

Does Naples Bay Resort & Marina offer luggage storage?

Yes, Naples Bay Resort & Marina offers complimentary luggage storage through Guest Services for early arrivals and late departures.

Does Naples Bay Resort & Marina have meeting or event spaces available?

Yes, Naples Bay Resort & Marina offers flexible indoor and outdoor meeting and event spaces for corporate meetings, social events, weddings, and private celebrations.

How close is Naples Bay Resort & Marina to downtown Naples, Naples Airport, and key attractions?

Naples Bay Resort & Marina is located approximately:

  • 5 minutes from downtown Naples and Fifth Avenue South
  • 10 minutes from Naples Municipal Airport (APF)
  • 15 minutes from Naples beaches, including Naples Pier and Lowdermilk Park

The resort is also close to shopping, dining, golf, and cultural attractions.

Does Naples Bay Resort & Marina offer airport shuttle or airport transportation services?

Naples Bay Resort & Marina does not offer an in-house airport shuttle. Guests commonly use Uber, Lyft, taxis, or private car services, and Guest Services can assist with transportation recommendations.

What are the hotel cancellation and booking policies?

Our Hotel cancellation policies are seasonal. They are as follows:

12/21/24 – 4/24/25 - Reservations can be canceled at no charge by 4pm local hotel time up to 7 days before arrival. 7 days before arrival the full pre-payment for all nights, resort fee and applicable taxes will be charged which is non-refundable.

4/25/25 – 12/20/25 - Reservations can be canceled at no charge by 4pm local hotel time, 24 hours prior to arrival. Credit card will be charged one night’s room plus applicable taxes 24 hours prior to arrival.

Please note: All Bookings of 7 days or more will forfeit the 10% deposit paid at the time of booking during peak season (Dec-April). 

The Cottages at Naples Bay Resort have a different cancellation policy. Please refer to this in the FAQ.

What will you charge to my credit card at check-in?

We do not charge your credit card, we authorize the due balance and $50 per night for any incidental charges. For example, room service or food and beverage are charged to your room.

What are the taxes I will have to pay if I book a room?

Total taxes are 11% and include sales tax (6%) as well as a local occupancy tax (5%). The Daily Resort fee is also subject to sales tax at 6%.

What is the cancellation and booking policy for the Cottages?

Our cancellation policy for the Cottages is different to the hotel. The policy is as follows:
Reservations can be canceled at no charge by 4pm local hotel time up to 60 days before arrival. Cancellations within 60 days are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Full balance is required 60 days prior to arrival date.

What times are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-out is by 11 am

How old do I have to be to check in?

Minimum age of guest to check-in is 21. Minors must be accompanied by an adult over 21 years old.

Where do I check in?

Hotel guests should Check-in at the hotel's front desk in the main lobby.
Cottage guests can also Check-in at Naples Bay Club - before 9 pm.
If Check-in is after 9 pm guests should check-in at the hotel's front desk in the main lobby.

How late can I check out?

Late check-out is subject to availability and should be requested by contacting the front desk.


Stay until 2 pm: $75
Stay until 5 pm: $99

Can I check in early?

We do not guarantee early check-in, but you are more than welcome to use the facilities while you wait for your room to be ready. We can also store your luggage if needed.

Do you have ADA rooms available on the first floor?

All of our rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor, accessible by elevators. Our ADA rooms are equipped with a shower chair, grab bars, low counters, low appliances, and a limited number of rooms have a roll-in shower.

Do all rooms have a washer and dryer?

Our one-bedroom suites, two-bedroom suites, and vacation rentals come with a washer and dryer.

Where do I park if I am staying at the hotel?

We offer valet & self parking. Effective 12/1/23 overnight parking is $20 per vehicle, per night (self or valet). 

Where do I park if I am staying in one of the cottages?

Each cottage has its own covered parking space and an additional uncovered parking space if needed.

Where can I park my trailer, boat, or RV?

We do not permit trailers, boats, RVs, or any commercial vehicles.

What fees should I expect when booking a room at the hotel?

There is a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax per room, per night. The fee includes:

  • Access to Naples Bay Club, our Private Members Club and all Club Amenities & Facilities
  • Shuttle to Downtown Naples & Beaches
  • Wi-Fi
  • Pool Towels and Chairs
  • Beach Umbrellas, Chairs and Towels

Overnight Valet or Self Parking is $20 per vehicle, per night.

Is your hotel pet-friendly?

Yes, we are dog-friendly! There is a $75 non-refundable pet fee per room, with a maximum of two dogs (40 pound weight limit per animal). A $350 deposit will be held on a valid credit card until departure.

What fees should I expect when booking a cottage?

There is a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax per room, per night, a one-time administrative fee of $150 and a departure cleaning fee of $175.

What time is the concierge available?

Our concierge is available daily from 9:00am to 5:00pm. If the concierge is not available, our front desk agents can assist with any questions.

Are the cottages pet-friendly?

Sorry, no pets are permitted at the cottages.

Do you have a business center?

Yes, our business center is located in the hotel lobby.

Can I smoke in the room or anywhere in the hotel?

Smoking is not permitted in the hotel guest rooms, public spaces, or cottages. There are designated smoking areas located around the property.

Does the hotel provide any transportation to areas nearby the hotel?

Yes, we do offer shuttle transportation. Please see below for more details on the destination and departure times and book your shuttle with the front desk (ext. 5110).

What is the Naples Bay Club?

The Naples Bay Club is our Private Members only Club. Registered hotel and Cottage guests become "members" of the Club while staying at the resort. The Naples Bay Club has 5 swimming pools, Lazy river, spa, two restaurants, tennis center, 2,500 sq. ft fitness center, TopGolf Virtual Golf SwingSuite as well as locker rooms with sauna, steam and showers.

Do I need to pay to access to the Naples Bay Club?

All registered hotel and Cottage guests are have access privileges to our Private Members Club. This is included in the resort fee.

Where is the Naples Bay Club

Naples Bay Club is located next door to the main hotel.  Guests may take the scenic walk or take the 2 minute shuttle ride. 

What are the fitness center’s hours?

The fitness center is open daily from 6am to 9pm.

Where can we rent a boat?

We have our own fleet of high quality rental boats that are available to guests of the resort. Guests can book online at NBRBoatrental.com or call (239) 530 5134.

What equipment is in the fitness center?

The fitness center features state-of-the-art Technogym and Peloton strength training and cardiovascular equipment.

How many pools do you have available and where are they located?

We have five swimming pools and two whirlpools. The family pool, lazy river, adult pool, and adult lap pool are located at The Naples Bay Club.  The club is a short walk or quick shuttle ride away from the main hotel. There is an additional pool located in the hotel nearby the marina.

What hours are the resort pools open?

All resort pools are open from dawn to dusk, while the lazy river opens at 11am.

Can I bring my own food or drinks to the pool?

Please, no outside food, drinks, coolers or music are permitted to be brought into the pool area complex at Naples Bay Club.

What restaurants do you have at Naples Bay Resort?

We have four restaurants and one coffee shop at the resort.

  • Blue Water Bar & Grill, a poolside restaurant, is located at Naples Bay Club, BlueWater Bar & Grill serves lunch, dinner, and happy hour drinks daily, with a Gulf-fresh menu of tacos, burgers, salads, and more! Open Daily from 11am to 8pm. HAPPY HOUR: Daily from 4pm to 6pm
  • Indulge Restaurant and Lounge is located at the Naples Bay Club. Indulge your senses with exquisitely prepared cuisine in the ambiance of an upscale lounge with indoor and outdoor dining. Breakfast: Saturdays and Sundays 8-11am.  Lunch: Thursday-Saturday 12pm-2pm. Dinner: Thursday-Saturday 6pm-10pm
  • Nosh on Naples Bay. Sourcing only the finest ingredients and flavors, Nosh on Naples Bay delivers the best of global cuisine. Serving lunch and dinner Tuesday-Sunday. Happy Hour is from 3pm-6pm.
  • Blackbird - Modern Asian.  A vibrant dining destination that fuses contemporary Asian cuisine with elevated design, seductive cocktails, and a lively, upscale atmosphere. Sunday- Thursday: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Friday - Saturday: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Café on the Bay, our coffee shop featuring Lavazza Coffee is located at the hotel, serving breakfast and lunch daily 7am-6pm
How can I make dinner reservations for the restaurants onsite or offsite?

Our concierge is always available to assist with any restaurant reservations (239) 530-5122.

Can I bring my own device to stream to your TVs?

Yes, our TVs have Google Chromecast and are enabled for streaming from your own device. For further details or questions, please refer to the instructions located in the room.

Café on the Bay

What are Café on the Bay’s hours of operation?

Café on the Bay at Naples Bay Resort & Marina is open daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Hours may vary by season or holidays.

What type of cuisine does Café on the Bay serve?

Located overlooking the marina, Café on the Bay offers breakfast and lunch favorites, pastries, and specialty coffee drinks throughout the day, along with sandwiches, salads, and lighter fare.

Does Café on the Bay offer vegan or vegetarian options?

Café on the Bay offers vegetarian options daily, and vegan-friendly selections may be accommodated upon request based on availability.

Does Café on the Bay offer a kids’ menu?

Café on the Bay offers kid-friendly menu options, making it an easy choice for families visiting Naples Bay Resort & Marina.

Are reservations required, or are walk-ins accepted at Café on the Bay?

Reservations are not required at Café on the Bay, and walk-ins are welcome. Guests are seated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Does Café on the Bay offer Happy Hour specials?

Café on the Bay does not currently offer Happy Hour specials.

Is there a grace period for reservations at Café on the Bay?

Café on the Bay does not take reservations, so a grace period does not apply.

Where can I park when visiting Café on the Bay?

Complimentary self-parking and valet parking are available at Naples Bay Resort & Marina, making it convenient for resort guests and visitors.

Bluewater

What are Bluewater’s hours of operation?

Bluewater Bar & Grill is open daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM for poolside lunch, dinner, and drinks. Hours may vary by season or private events.

Does Bluewater offer vegan or vegetarian options?

Bluewater offers vegetarian options, and vegan requests may be accommodated when possible. Guests with dietary preferences are encouraged to speak with their server.

What type of cuisine does Bluewater serve?

Bluewater serves a Gulf-fresh, casual menu with coastal favorites, including tacos, salads, burgers, and other grilled specialties.

Does Bluewater offer a kids’ menu?

Bluewater offers kid-friendly menu options, making it an easy choice for families staying at Naples Bay Resort & Marina.

Does Bluewater offer Happy Hour specials?

Bluewater offers Happy Hour daily from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Offerings may vary.

Indulge

What are Indulge’s hours of operation?

Indulge offers varying hours throughout the week: breakfast Saturday–Sunday (8:00–11:00 AM), Sunday brunch (11:00 AM–2:00 PM), lunch Tuesday–Saturday (12:00–2:00 PM), and dinner Wednesday–Saturday (6:00–10:00 PM). Hours may change seasonally or for private events, so it’s best to call ahead to confirm.

What type of cuisine does Indulge serve?

Indulge features Florida-fresh cuisine with an upscale, chef-driven approach, showcasing locally inspired ingredients and refined flavors.

Does Indulge offer vegan or vegetarian options?

Indulge offers vegetarian options, and vegan accommodations may be arranged with advance notice. Guests with dietary restrictions are encouraged to contact the restaurant ahead of their visit.

Does Indulge offer a kids’ menu?

Indulge offers a dedicated kids’ menu, making it a convenient option for families staying at Naples Bay Resort & Marina.

Does Indulge offer Happy Hour specials?

Indulge does not currently offer Happy Hour specials.

Are reservations required, or are walk-ins accepted at Indulge?

Reservations are recommended at Indulge, and walk-ins are accepted only if space allows. Indulge is located within the private Naples Bay Club and is open to Naples Bay Club members and registered guests of Naples Bay Resort & Marina. Is there a grace period for reservations at Indulge?

Indulge does not offer a grace period for reservations. Guests who are running late are encouraged to contact the restaurant, and seating may be subject to availability.

Where can I park when visiting Indulge?

Complimentary self-parking and valet parking are available at Naples Bay Club. Parking availability may vary by season and event activity.

Are pets or service animals allowed at Indulge?

Service animals are permitted per ADA guidelines. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.

Is Indulge wheelchair accessible?
