What are the hotel cancellation and booking policies?

Our Hotel cancellation policies are seasonal. They are as follows:

4/7/24 - 12/20/24 - Reservations can be canceled at no charge by 4pm local hotel time, 24 hours prior to arrival. Credit card will be charged one night’s room plus applicable taxes 24 hours prior to arrival.

12/21/24 – 4/24/25 - Reservations can be canceled at no charge by 4pm local hotel time up to 7 days before arrival. 7 days before arrival the full pre-payment for all nights, resort fee and applicable taxes will be charged which is non-refundable.

4/25/25 – 12/20/25 - Reservations can be canceled at no charge by 4pm local hotel time, 24 hours prior to arrival. Credit card will be charged one night’s room plus applicable taxes 24 hours prior to arrival.

Please note: All Bookings of 7 days or more will forfeit the 10% deposit paid at the time of booking during peak season (Dec-April). 

The Cottages at Naples Bay Resort have a different cancellation policy. Please refer to this in the FAQ.

What will you charge to my credit card at check-in?

We do not charge your credit card, we authorize the due balance and $50 per night for any incidental charges. For example, room service or food and beverage are charged to your room.

What are the taxes I will have to pay if I book a room?

Total taxes are 12% and include sales tax (6%) as well as a local occupancy tax (5%). The Daily Resort fee is also subject to sales tax at 7%.

What is the cancellation and booking policy for the Cottages?

Our cancellation policy for the Cottages is different to the hotel. The policy is as follows:
Reservations can be canceled at no charge by 4pm local hotel time up to 60 days before arrival. Cancellations within 60 days are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Full balance is required 60 days prior to arrival date.

What times are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-out is by 11 am

How old do I have to be to check in?

Minimum age of guest to check-in is 21. Minors must be accompanied by an adult over 21 years old.

Where do I check in?

Hotel guests should Check-in at the hotel's front desk in the main lobby.
Cottage guests can also Check-in at Naples Bay Club - before 9 pm.
If Check-in is after 9 pm guests should check-in at the hotel's front desk in the main lobby.

How late can I check out?

Late check-out is subject to availability and should be requested by contacting the front desk.


Stay until 2 pm: $75
Stay until 5 pm: $99

Can I check in early?

We do not guarantee early check-in, but you are more than welcome to use the facilities while you wait for your room to be ready. We can also store your luggage if needed.

Do you have ADA rooms available on the first floor?

All of our rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor, accessible by elevators. Our ADA rooms are equipped with a shower chair, grab bars, low counters, low appliances, and a limited number of rooms have a roll-in shower.

Do all rooms have a washer and dryer?

Our one-bedroom suites, two-bedroom suites, and vacation rentals come with a washer and dryer.

Where do I park if I am staying at the hotel?

We offer valet & self parking. Effective 12/1/23 overnight parking is $20 per vehicle, per night (self or valet). 

Where do I park if I am staying in one of the cottages?

Each cottage has its own covered parking space and an additional uncovered parking space if needed.

Where can I park my trailer, boat, or RV?

We do not permit trailers, boats, RVs, or any commercial vehicles.

What fees should I expect when booking a room at the hotel?

There is a daily resort fee of $45 plus tax per room, per night. The fee includes:

  • Access to Naples Bay Club, our Private Members Club and all Club Amenities & Facilities
  • Shuttle to Downtown Naples & Beaches
  • Wi-Fi
  • Pool Towels and Chairs
  • Beach Umbrellas, Chairs and Towels

Overnight Valet or Self Parking is $20 per vehicle, per night.

Is your hotel pet-friendly?

Yes, we are dog-friendly! There is a $75 non-refundable pet fee per room, with a maximum of two dogs (40 pound weight limit per animal). A $350 deposit will be held on a valid credit card until departure.

What fees should I expect when booking a cottage?

There is a daily resort fee of $45 plus tax per room, per night, a one-time administrative fee of $100 and a departure cleaning fee of $175.

What time is the concierge available?

Our concierge is available daily from 10:30am to 7pm. If the concierge is not available, our front desk agents can assist with any questions.

Are the cottages pet-friendly?

Sorry, no pets are permitted at the cottages.

Do you have a business center?

Yes, our business center is located in the hotel lobby.

Can I smoke in the room or anywhere in the hotel?

Smoking is not permitted in the hotel guest rooms, public spaces, or cottages. There are designated smoking areas located around the property.

Does the hotel provide any transportation to areas nearby the hotel?

Yes, we do offer shuttle transportation. Please see below for more details on the destination and departure times and book your shuttle with the front desk (ext. 5110).

What is the Naples Bay Club?

The Naples Bay Club is our Private Members only Club. Registered hotel and Cottage guests become "members" of the Club while staying at the resort. The Naples Bay Club has 5 swimming pools, Lazy river, spa, two restaurants, tennis center, 2,500 sq. ft fitness center, TopGolf Virtual Golf SwingSuite as well as locker rooms with sauna, steam and showers.

Do I need to pay to access to the Naples Bay Club?

All registered hotel and Cottage guests are given temporary membership to our Private Members Club. This is included in the resort fee.

Where is the Naples Bay Club

Naples Bay Club is located next door to the main hotel.  Guests may take the scenic walk or take the 2 minute shuttle ride. 

What are the fitness center’s hours?

The fitness center is open daily from 6am to 9pm.

Where can we rent a boat?

We have our own fleet of high quality rental boats that are available to guests of the resort. Guests can book online at NBRBoatrental.com or call (239) 530 5134.

What equipment is in the fitness center?

The fitness center features state-of-the-art Technogym and Peloton strength training and cardiovascular equipment.

How many pools do you have available and where are they located?

We have five swimming pools and two whirlpools. The family pool, lazy river, adult pool, and adult lap pool are located at The Naples Bay Club.  The club is a short walk or quick shuttle ride away from the main hotel. There is an additional pool located in the hotel nearby the marina.

What hours are the resort pools open?

All resort pools are open from dawn to dusk, while the lazy river opens at 11am.

Can I bring my own food or drinks to the pool?

Please, no outside food, drinks, coolers or music are permitted to be brought into the pool area complex at Naples Bay Club.

What restaurants do you have at Naples Bay Resort?

We have three restaurants and one coffee shop at the resort.

  • Blue Water Bar & Grill, a poolside restaurant, is located at Naples Bay Club, serving lunch and dinner daily. Daily Happy Hour!
  • Indulge Restaurant and lounge is located at the Naples Bay Club serving Breakfast (seasonal) Lunch and Dinner, fine wines and cocktails.
  • Nosh on Naples Bay is an upscale dining experience located at the hotel, serving lunch and dinner Tuesday-Sunday, Happy Hour is from 3pm-6pm 
  • Café on the Bay, our coffee shop featuring Lavazza Coffee is located at the hotel, serving breakfast and lunch daily 7am-6pm
How can I make dinner reservations for the restaurants onsite or offsite?

Our concierge is always available to assist with any restaurant reservations (239) 530-5122.

Can I bring my own device to stream to your TVs?

Yes, our TVs have Google Chromecast and are enabled for streaming from your own device. For further details or questions, please refer to the instructions located in the room.
