~ Once agian we would like to say a big thank you for making our holiday one of the most enjoyable the we have had, it will certainly be remembered. Naples Bay Resort is a wonderful place, the people are freindly, the environment is pleasant and cared for, it has many attractions, the beach is wonderful, probably the best beach that we have ever walked along, there are numerous good restaurants and there were many shops to keep us out of the heat of the mid day sun. What more could could we have wanted for. The hotel and club are superb and we shall certainly reccommend it to others. The time passed by too quickly and we were not ready to come back home, so we will have to come back at some time in the future. 10/20/2008

~ Our stay at Naples Bay Resort was absolutely wonderful. The staff was most courteous and very friendly. Our room was clean and beautifull; it looked out over the marina. My husband and I spent mornings with coffee and a book and evenings after dinner on the patio. Just very relaxing. Since returning, we have told friends and family about the accomodations and have highly recommended staying at Naples Bay Resort. ~ Our stay was absolutely phenomenal from the first moment we pulled up to the hotel until check-out. Not only was the room comfortable and well-appointed, but the entire staff was friendly and professional. Specifically, both of the front desk employees and concierge made us feel like their only task was to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I have stayed at many first-rate hotels, but very rarely received the same high-level service. 7/9/2008

~ Our stay at your hotel was magnificent. My niece was getting married and she and I stayed at the resort on Friday. We had massages on Saturday morning and the bridesmaids all met there @ 2:00 on Saturday to get ready for the wedding. We took some fantastic pictures. My niece and her husband stayed Saturday night. Your staff was wonderful. When I made the reservations I asked if we could do what we planned there for the preparation for the wedding. They were very nice and accommodating. ~ There aren't enough wonderful things I could say about our recently visit to the Naples Bay Resort. The accommodations were perfect, the location just beautiful and the service impeccable. Your staff all worked very hard to welcome my friends and family and to make our stay a memorable one. A special thanks to the staff who went above and beyond in the personal service and caring department. My family and friends felt pampered and by the time we said good by, we were all hugging and taking photos in the lobby as if we had met a new family. 6/1/2008

~ The cottage/condo was exceptional and very tastefully decorated. The beds were so comfortable; we all slept so well. The cottages are very well insulated, quiet and clean. The building grounds were beautifully landscaped. The staff at the hotel were the most friendly and helpful that I have encountered in a long time! We appreciated that your Spa had an adult/quiet area for the pool and the Lazy River was a lot of fun. Beautiful resort and a great location for many other area attractions. 4/21/2008
